Almost Manic Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Almost Manic, we strive to provide you with high-quality apparel and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy. Please read carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and exchanges will be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Condition: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. Apparel should have original tags attached, and packaging should be intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged products
Please Note: If your order includes a limited-edition or special collaboration item, returns or exchanges may not be available. Any specific exclusions will be noted on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@almostmanic.com or use the contact form on our website to initiate a return or exchange. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a return authorization if your item is eligible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by Almost Manic. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Exchange Process: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the original item has been received and inspected. If the exchange involves a price difference, the appropriate adjustment will be made.
Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Almost Manic or if the item is defective.

Restocking Fees: In certain cases, a small restocking fee may apply for returned items, especially for larger orders or special items. This will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at info@almostmanic.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will provide you with a return label at no cost to you and offer a replacement or full refund for the damaged product.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “final sale” or “limited edition” are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the item was damaged during shipment.

Almost Manic reserves the right to update or modify this return and exchange policy at any time. We will notify customers of any significant changes through our website or via email, so please check periodically.
